The registration desk will be located on the lobby level of the Hotel Miragem and open at the following times
Sunday 7 May: 1500 – 1900
Monday 8 May: 0730 – 1800
Tuesday 9 May: 0800 – 1530
Once you have collected your documents you must wear your name badge clearly at all times whilst attending the conference. Your badge will display a barcode that will be scanned for entry into all conference sessions and the conference dinner (only if you have indicated your attendance at the dinner on your registration form).
SpotMe, the mobile event App, will be available to all registered delegates for downloading to iOS and Android devices. Your email address will be your password to download the App so please ensure that you include the correct email address on the registration form. Further information will be circulated prior to the conference.
Sunday 7 May, 1730 – 1900, Exhibition Hall, Hotel Miragem
Monday 8 May, 1900 – 2230, Palacio Estoril Hotel. Transport will be provided (15 minutes drive). Places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly “first-come, first-served” basis and are limited to registered delegates. Please request a ticket on the registration form.

The Miragem Hotel is located 25 KM from Lisbon Airport. Taxis are available at the airport or a private car service can be pre-booked. Further information will be sent with your confirmation of registration email.
